Is it better to target broad or narrow audiences?

Neither is always better. Very narrow audiences may limit delivery and increase costs. Very broad audiences may reduce relevance. Start with a reasonably broad audience that closely matches your ideal customer profile. Once enough data has accumulated, refine based on actual performance rather than assumptions.
